What is a Sustainable Development Project?

A project or activity that ensures that natural resources are not destroyed while completing a goal or activity. These projects work with the natural, human, and economic elements to meet the needs for the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs interdependently for the continued existence of each other. Sustainable development includes questions about how human decisions affect the Earth's environment. In other words, when people make decisions about how to use the Earth's resources such as forests , water, minerals, gems, wildlife, etc., they must take into account not only how much of these resources they are using, what processes they used to get these resources., and who has access to these resources. Are enough resources going to be left for your grandchildren to use and will the environment be left as you know it today?

Welcome to the Earth Seed Community

> The Earth Seed community is truly unique in many ways. We at Earth Seed value our ecosystem and we
> realize that it is our responsibility as indigenous Americans to protect our environment. The Earth Seed community understands that an Indigenous
> lifestyle dose not just benefit us today but also benefits the future
> generations of our kind. It is vital that we insure that the land on which
> we live will be pasted down to our children, and our children’s children
> for many generations to come.

Ø      Earth Seeds uses he indigenous land trust protects the values and the
> structure of the Earth Seed community.. The indigenous Land
> trust protects the water, trees and animals from pollution and

> recreational activities to do and develop within the Earth Seed community. To date we
> are establishing homes, gardens, greenhouses, and roads thru fundraising
> activities. It has already become apparent that our projects will be carried
> out not only with those in the community but also eager earth loving
> friends who support the community. The Earth Seed community supports
> the projects of Green Planet such as Land Conservation Club, Project Wash the water, Clear the Air,

Animal and Tree  Haven and project Creative recycling and Waste Management As our community grows so will
> our project list. We at Earth Seed look forward to sharing the experience with other indigenous people in building a sustainable development community. There are many ways to get involved with our community. We welcome all!
