Mandatory Draft in 2005? | Print |  E-mail
Human Rights protection are much more powerful than Civil Rights. Civil Rights in the U.S. was a treaty made to enforce the original civil war treaty agreed upon but never ratified or fully implemented by the United States.
However, it came with a time limit and did not cover the issue from generation to generation, nor does it deal with the forces of oppression that violate the Human dignity or potential for sustaining the viability of the Anasazi heritage called Black American people as a race.

In actuality the Civil Rights agreement between the U.S and the f Anasazi people called Negro’s opened the doors for people all over the world to squat on Anasazi lands, exploit and take advantage in the civil participation towards the ethnocide of the Anasazi heritage in America.
All civil rights can do is make one group more civil when practicing the killing off of the other. Human Rights give power to the people who are being victimized; the power to fight and receive help against there extermination.

ON NOVEMBER 2ND 2002- WORLD COURT DECISION ;Haig Switzerland
TITLE; 46781 SALVAGE CLAIM; GRANTED TO THE UNITED STATES
UNITED STATES VS AMERICAN INDIAN PEOPLE - CLAIM FOR CLOSURE OF AMERICAN INDIAN

Where does this decision leave the Black American people and their privileges under the United States Law?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Black American people are no longer entitled to civil or national liberties under the constitution for United States. The United States does not have to support your welfare as a race of people. i.e.; jobs, welfare, equal opportunity, government programs, etc.

AS A RESULT BLACK AMERICAN PEOPLE AS THEY ARE CALLED TODAY LOST THEIR HUMAN RIGHTS AS A RACE TO BELONG IN AMERICA TO LIVE IN FREEDOM, SELF DETERMINATION. They are considered a DEAD RACE of PEOPLE, AND BECAME PERMANENT SUBJECTS OR WARDS TO THE UNITED STATES INSTEAD OF A PART OF THE UNITED STATES.

In Other words; the U.S. does not have to continue to support the Negro elite with money for turning their back on their real identity, heritage and adopting a false ethic of self- centered attitudes and mis-educating the children to be slaves for government money. Today all Black American people are slaves belonging to the United States. They are considered as a dead race of people never be respected as a people worthy of a viable consideration for Life from the world humanity.

NEGRO PEOPLE LAND TRUST FOR SOVEREIGNTY TO AMERICAN LANDS.

Claim Granted for following reasons: descendants of American Indians / Black Americans today have received $$$ benefits from the United States Government: i.e.- food stamps, government grants, housing, educational grants, welfare, etc.
American Indians/Black Americans no longer have means to support or sustain their lives on the land without U.S. government support.
American Indians/Black Americans forfeited their land treaty with the United States by not creating and maintaining sustainable industry for the support of their people and survival-i.e.;jobs,community development, health and food production.
All benefits or money's received by Black American people from the United States government is to be paid by land exchange. The American Indian debt owed to the U.S. entitles the U.S. to whole ownership of the heritage inheritance (Land) to America belonging to the Race of Anasazi / American Indian / Negro / Black American people.

SOLUTION/ PROTECTION

WHAT CAN A PERSON DO TO HAVE PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW?
A PERSON OF AMERICAN INDIAN/NEGRO HERITAGE MUST CLAIM THEIR FACTUAL ETHNIC HERITAGE IDENTITY TRANSFERRED TO THEM FROM THE MOTHER AND RECOGNIZE THEIR INDIGENOUS CONNECTION TO AMERICA INSTEAD OF BEING RECOGNIZED AS A FORCED IMMIGRANT TO AMERICA.
The choice is yours, the choice to claim your life identity will change your destiny from extinction to life again.
INDIGENOUS = RIGHTS
IMMIGRANT = NO RIGHTS / PRIVILEGES
American Indians / Black American people-termed today must recognize the heritage identity stolen by the United States to America, claim our humanity, the stolen contributions from our collective heritage inheritance, but most of all our Self-Respect for our humanity again to sustain ourselves as a people on our homeland.
