In order for the United States to be a Nation in America, it has to
transfer the land inheritance from the people belonging to the land- to
the United States. American Indians racially identified as Negro/Black
Americans are naturalized into the United States though the issuance of
the Birth Certificate. The issuance of the Birth certificate from the
United States represents the American Indian heritage inheritance (
land) claim belonging to the mother and child, being transferred to the
United States.. Once transferred the Child land inheritance is under
United States jurisdiction and loses it inalienable rights to there
American Indian heritage inheritance. All Black American people have
the choice to reclaim there American Indian inheritance rights from the
United States.
