Background and Highlights

Our Journey

In 1995 Quantum Leap Spiritual Store located on Ponce de Leon Ave, Atlanta, Georgia, owner Rev. RaDine Amen-ra opened its doors to the public.

The Store operated as an international religious store selling candles, oils, spiritual accessories for traditional non-religious practices, and offered consultation in the application of spiritual remedies for LIFE in crisis.

Store Motto “ Don’t Let the Devil beat You down”

The store quickly found itself confronting a huge crisis within the psyche of the general public , specifically within the black American community. People came from all over Georgia, all walks of life to the store in life crisis looking for help and relief. Soon the store was being dubbed a Spiritual Hospital. The Atlanta Constitution dubbed the store ” A beacon of Light for Ponce De Leon Ave”. due to the phenomenon happening at night at the store. Many people of the night would touch where the candle was lit in the store front window and say their prayers before working at night to have a safe night .

By 1997, the demand for service became overwhelming and finding knowledgeable and experienced staff needed became important. Quantum Leap Spiritual Store expanded into Quantum Leap Spiritual Store & Life Center. The center offered a safe place where the community of black America could learn to develop a better understanding of themselves and life. People learned how to live with life instead of surviving through life. The center offered workshops in meditation, yoga, emotional healing, anger and rage release, Ancient life skills and techniques.

During this time at the center, the crisis with the heart of the people and the causes for the emotional disturbances actualizing within Life of so many people started to reveal itself. The problem revealed the Black American people are working against their life nature not with it. In order to stop the collective pain and suffering from the collective dying, it became imperative that black American people change their perceptions and perspective ( attitude) about life, embrace their truth of heritage belonging to the Earth, learn from the mistakes of the past, and grow with the Earth’s transformation that is taking place around them. It is time to Release the Cancer in Life consciousness.

The Awaking

In 1998 Quantum Leap Spiritual Store & Life center moved from down town Atlanta to south west Atlanta and started offering seminars to the community about their direct Ancestral Heritage inheritance as America, the people they represent living today.. The hidden and overlooked knowledge about their grandmothers’ and mothers’ heritage (blood connection to Earth) that is omitted from public education in history and overlooked by the church, is the piece missing in the psyche of the people.

At the center Rev.RaDine started offering lectures “Who are the Black Americans” and the “ Hidden Heritage of the Negro.” These lectures were about the true heritage identity and home on Earth for the black Americans. The seminars offered to help people recognize who they really are , reopen to their hearts, so they can receive complete awareness of Life.

In 1999 Quantum Leap Spiritual Life Center was completely transformed into a Center to support the redevelopment of the ancestral heritage consciousness of black America as the Indigenous people of America. The center became the place where the community of people born from the heritage of America communed, learned and practiced their heritage cultural ceremonial traditions . The council of Elders mainly grandmothers was established. Quantum Leap Spiritual Life center gave rise to the first pamphlet published by Rev. RaDine Amenra“ The Hidden Ancestral Identity of the American Negro”. Also in 1999 Rev. RaDine was introduced to Empresss Verdiacee of the Washitaw De Dugdahmoundyah Peoples. Empress and Rev. RaDine became friends and Empress as an elder, mentored Rev. RaDine giving her valuable insight on the omitted history of what really happened to the people of America by the establishment of the United States on Americas’ soil.

Empresss Verdiacee of the Washitaw De Dugdahmoundyah

In 2000, Rev. RaDine was seized and jailed for 7 days, after standing for her fundamental rights as an indigenous female in court in Fayetteville Georgia. The illegal detention exposed to Rev. RaDine that if the condition of her people was to improve their conscious awareness must be lifted. The second book “The black American handbook for the survival through the 21st Century” was written. Soon after its completion, Empress Verdiacee’s home was seized by the United States army looking to remove the documentation of illegal actions by the United States against the peoples of America in claiming their Earth inheritance to America; and the proto- type for an alternative driving vehicle that could be used by indigenous people( Negro) for transportation across their Earth. Rev. RaDine and others members at Quantum Leap Spiritual Life Center came to the aid of EmpressVerdiacee at Washitaw headquarters. At that time, Empress Verdiacee gave Rev. RaDine instructions and insights to move forward with the work to help save our people. Rev.RaDine was one of the last people to have spoken word with her the day before her heart attack/stroke. After her health crisis, people close to the Empress in her administration asked Rev. RaDine to sit at the helm of Washitaw Empire. Rev. RaDine declined due to the corruption within the membership and the horrible crimes being committed against the heritage females and children by the Moors/Muirs in the name of the Washitaw Nation of Peoples. The horrible misuse of the Washitaw name being exploited by the Moors/Muirs caused the untimely health demise of Empress Verdiacee of the Washitaw Nation. The Empress prepped Rev.RaDine to continue the international work for indigenous rights she was deeply engaged in as part of the Indigenous legislation committee on the United Nations draft Declaration on Indigenous Rights.

In 2001 the world trade center exploded as 911, at which time President Bush declared America the official home on Earth for the United States and claimed all rights the heritage of America’s peoples aka Negro have for their fundamental rights as inheritors to the soil of their America.

World Court Decision

ON NOVEMBER 2ND 2002 – WORLD COURT DECISION ; Hague Switzerland

TITLE; 46781 SALVAGE CLAIM; GRANTED TO THE UNITED STATES

UNITED STATES VS AMERICAN INDIAN PEOPLE – CLAIM FOR CLOSURE OF AMERICAN INDIAN /NEGRO PEOPLE LAND TRUST Public Land trust (established after the civil war in 1868) FOR SOVEREIGNTY TO AMERICA as their LANDS.

Claim Granted for the following reasons: descendants of American Indians / Black Americans today have received $$$ benefits from the United States Government: i.e.- food stamps, government grants, housing, educational grants, welfare, etc.

American Indians/Black Americans no longer have means to support or sustain their lives on the land without U.S. government support.

American Indians/Black Americans forfeited their land treaty with the United States by not creating and maintaining sustainable industry for the support of their people and survival-i.e. Jobs, community development, health and food production.

All benefits or monies and benefits received by blacks aka People of America from the United States government is to be paid by land exchange. The American Indian debt owed to the U.S. entitles the U.S. to the whole ownership of the heritage inheritance (Land) to America in the Public Land trust belonging to the race of Anasazi / American Indian / Negro / Black American people.

Upon receiving this horrible news, the people of America heritage gathered in Cullowhee, NC. The Anisazi elder counsel instructed the members to take a stand to reclaim their right to live in America and to stop from being considered as dependents on the United States.

The Elders wrote a letter in international legalese to send to the World Court in Geneva ,Switzerland on December 17,2002. The letters were then hand delivered by Rev. RaDine in Geneva ,Switzerland to the Commission on Human Rights and the Union of Nations in March 2003.

The letters along with 1000 signatories giving notice to the international community the heritage of America still flourished in their home on Earth, and had the right to be recognized with the human dignity of their indigenous ethnic identity, and maintain viable sustainability in their home on Earth as AMERICA.

The Foundation for Indigenous America of Anisazi Heritage was establish in November 2002 to meet the mandates of the Anisazi peoples constitution for the preservation of the original people of America, their identity to blood, protection to life, of the females and future children, cultural heritage, economic subsistence, their political will, their social institutions and linguistic diversity of the original habitants of America.
